A modern facelift for a tired garden
Our customer had spent a year renovating their house and needed a landscaped garden to match the new interior to the house

The customer required a space to take breakfast in the morning and to enjoy the sunshine in the afternoon. To avoid issues with drainage, we suggested a composite deck, which is a low maintenance solution and looks very striking. It also gave us the option to have a grey colour which was in keeping with the grey fences and outbuildings.
The lawn was also full of rubble and very uneven. Verdant Landscapes took it up and replaced it completely with new edgings and new turf.
The project took a total of two and a half weeks and was completed in budget and on time.

Limestone Patio Slabs are a beautiful natural paving product. It is more hard-wearing than sandstone and easier to keen clean. Verdant Landscapes used stunning antique yellow Limestone Patio Slabs from Kebur Garden Materials to transform this Victorian red brick, walled garden. The owners wanted to use natural materials in keeping with the rest of the house, so we edged the patio using red brick as well to create a soft natural feel to the patio and curved lawn. What a difference it made to the open areas and the general feel of the garden. The curved patio really helped to keep things looking natural. Limestone Patios Slabs make a perfect natural patio
We wanted to bring new life to the end of the garden, as it catches the sunshine all morning, whilst the patio near to the house does not. This gives the owner the possibility of eating breakfast or having a cup of tea in the morning sun.
We removed the existing shed and clad the steps with Limestone Patio Slabs, and created a simple design, yellow and black limestone patio above with a pergola for the customer to grow vines and climbers. Beautiful traditional english roses and lollyhocks are planted around the garden and it is afeast of colour throughout the year.
Verdant also removed and levelled the lawn and replaced the turf using Rolawn Turf
The whole project was designed and built by Verdant Landscapes to a brief by the customer. Landscaping completed in just over a week and half and was within budget. The customer was very happy and so are their two jack Russells.
The patios have transformed the garden into a more pleasurable space that can be enjoyed all year round.
