The Solara is a fixed-roof aluminium pergola with a contemporary cubic design and reinforced safety-glass roofing.
Its substantial aluminium structure allows wide roof openings with fewer supporting posts, helping to maintain clear views across the garden. Integrated rainwater drainage and LED gutter lighting are incorporated into the design.
Available in wall-mounted and potentially freestanding configurations, subject to the manufacturer’s installation specifications, the Solara provides a permanent covered area for outdoor seating and dining.

A Wide-Span Glass Roof with a Minimalist Aluminium Frame
The Solara combines a reinforced aluminium frame with a fixed glass roof, creating a covered patio without substantially restricting natural daylight.
Its straight gutter profile and square supporting posts give the structure a clean, architectural appearance. The reinforced frame is designed to accommodate wider roof spans, reducing the need for intermediate posts in suitable configurations.
With a choice of powder-coated aluminium finishes, integrated drainage and built-in LED gutter lighting, the Solara offers a permanent roof solution for contemporary and traditional properties alike.

A Permanent Roof for Modern Outdoor Spaces
The Solara’s cubic design provides a modern alternative to traditional sloping-roof pergolas. Its clean roofline can work particularly well alongside contemporary extensions, large glazed doors and properties where a simple architectural finish is preferred.
Although the roof has a flat appearance, rainwater is managed through the structure’s integrated guttering system. LED lighting is incorporated into the gutter profile as standard, providing illumination beneath the covered area after dark.
The final height, projection, supporting post arrangement and fixing method are determined by the dimensions of the pergola and the requirements of the installation.

Reinforced Aluminium Construction & Safety-Glass Roofing
The Solara is constructed from powder-coated aluminium, with 150 × 150 mm square supporting posts and a reinforced safety-glass roof.
Its structural design allows larger roof openings than many conventional patio covers, although the permitted span and number of posts depend on the selected dimensions, site conditions and manufacturer’s requirements.
Before installation, we assess the proposed fixing position, foundations, finished ground levels and rainwater drainage arrangements. Any associated patio construction or landscaping can be included within the agreed scope of work.

Couldn’t have been happier with the team that Tom had in place. On time everyday and worked solid days to get it completed on time. No issues or dramas, just a great experienced team who knew what needed to be done and got it done. The finished result was 10/10, and could not have asked for anything more.
It’s tricky when selecting builders for big jobs like this, but Tom demonstrated knowledge and confidence from the outset and proved it when he brought the team along.
The team at Verdant replaced a stone patio from our new build developers with a stunning Porcelain tile as well as created a new secondary patio around our garden office, and levelled all the grounds finishing with a an amazing premium quality artificial grass. Finished off with a top class veranda to give us plenty of shade and shelter from the rain! It was a big job, but they delivered and completed in under 2 weeks, which was astonishing.

Well what can I say from start to finish these guys have been amazing!
Sean firstly, relaxed but professional on the first call and very quick at arranging a visit to look at the work to be done.
First meeting very friendly and put me at ease straight away.
There was lots of phone calls regarding work/quotes and questions and he took it all in his stride.
Part of the reason we decide on theses guys to do the job was that they gave us the clearest idea of what the garden was going to look like once finished.
