The Sylvanis is a fixed-roof aluminium pergola with a modular design that allows adjoining roof sections to be connected for larger installations.
Its structural gutter beam supports a range of widths and roof configurations, making it suitable for covered patios, outdoor dining areas and longer terraces.
Available with polycarbonate roofing, a choice of aluminium finishes and optional lighting, the Sylvanis can be specified to suit the dimensions and appearance of your property.

Modular Aluminium Construction for Larger Patios
The Sylvanis uses a structural aluminium gutter beam that allows individual roof sections to be joined together, creating wider covered areas than a single standard module.
This makes it particularly useful for long patios, larger properties and installations where the roof needs to extend across several sections of the building.
The aluminium frame is available with half-round or square supporting posts and a choice of gutter profiles. Polycarbonate roof panels can be specified in different finishes to suit the amount of natural light and solar control required.
The final arrangement of posts, joined sections and roof dimensions is determined by the selected configuration and installation requirements.

Flexible Roof Dimensions, Colours & Post Styles
The Sylvanis can be configured with a choice of roof widths, projections, aluminium finishes and supporting post styles.
Available frame colours include textured white, cream, anthracite grey and black. The gutter can be specified in either a round or classic profile, while the supporting posts are available in half-round or square designs.
For larger installations, adjoining roof sections can be linked using the modular gutter arrangement. This allows the covered area to be extended across a wider patio, subject to the structural requirements and available supporting positions.
Aluminium Framing & Polycarbonate Roof Options
The Sylvanis is constructed from powder-coated aluminium with a fixed polycarbonate roof.
Roof panel options include opal, clear, ultra-clear and solar-control polycarbonate. These offer different levels of light transmission and solar shading, allowing the roof specification to be selected according to the position and intended use of the covered area.
Optional accessories may include LED lighting and compatible side enclosures. We can advise on the available configurations and assess the foundations, fixing arrangements and drainage requirements for the proposed installation.

We assess the proposed location, discuss the required Sylvanis dimensions and consider whether a single or linked modular roof arrangement is most suitable. We then review the roof finish, frame colour, supporting posts and installation requirements before preparing a quotation, including any necessary foundations, patio construction or associated landscaping.

Couldn’t have been happier with the team that Tom had in place. On time everyday and worked solid days to get it completed on time. No issues or dramas, just a great experienced team who knew what needed to be done and got it done. The finished result was 10/10, and could not have asked for anything more.
It’s tricky when selecting builders for big jobs like this, but Tom demonstrated knowledge and confidence from the outset and proved it when he brought the team along.
The team at Verdant replaced a stone patio from our new build developers with a stunning Porcelain tile as well as created a new secondary patio around our garden office, and levelled all the grounds finishing with a an amazing premium quality artificial grass. Finished off with a top class veranda to give us plenty of shade and shelter from the rain! It was a big job, but they delivered and completed in under 2 weeks, which was astonishing.

Well what can I say from start to finish these guys have been amazing!
Sean firstly, relaxed but professional on the first call and very quick at arranging a visit to look at the work to be done.
First meeting very friendly and put me at ease straight away.
There was lots of phone calls regarding work/quotes and questions and he took it all in his stride.
Part of the reason we decide on theses guys to do the job was that they gave us the clearest idea of what the garden was going to look like once finished.
